Meet our Team

The founders at Trial By Human are dedicated to training lawyers to take up the highest calling of our profession - trial lawyers fighting for people.  We are training Warriors.  We do not represent insurance companies, big corporations or the government and will not train those who do.  We believe in restoring balance to the people of this world by holding those with all the power responsible for their actions.  

If you fight for people who are injured, we are here for you.  If you fight for workers, we are here for you.  If you fight for those who have been accused or are victims of government abuses, we are here for you.  If you fight for those who have been taken advantage of by corporations, we are here for you.  We provide education, practice and support for our fellow Warriors.

On our website, you will find access to resources that will help you be a better trial lawyer and a better human.  We have videos, presentations, books and other educational materials that teach the Trial by Human method and we are creating more all the time.  You will find information about our seminars where you can learn alongside other Warriors and gain important skills that will help you in your fight. None of us can fight this battle alone, and we don't have to try.  

Trial By Human was founded In Honor of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College.  Nick, Courtney, Ashley and Haytham met through their involvement with Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming.
