We recently connected with Dan Schaar and Keith Bruno to see how they are doing and to find out how they handled trial work during the pandemic. The two chatted about the various techniques they incorporated this past year and a half and shared what worked well for them and what they will continue to use in the future. They also discussed their approach to writing demand letters and answered a couple of TBH Member questions about comparative fault and talking with the jury about setting aside sympathy and committing to the law.
