Nick, Haytham and Courtney discuss teamwork and the importance of putting aside ego, greed and personal goals in order to create the best possible team for a trial. Nick shares and demonstrates the Brutal Honesty technique to get the possible jurors to quickly open up (brutally and honestly) during the jury selection process. Participants discuss and role play the Brutal Honesty technique.
