Topic: The Trial By Human Method

During his keynote presentation Nick presents the Trial By Human method and teaches you how to cut to the chase during jury selection by using Brutal Honesty to get jurors to open up. He focuses on the importance of connecting with jurors in order to get them to talk about their ability to be neutral, fair and impartial on a particular issue. He also discusses being honest and up front about the warts on your case so that you don’t have to hide them.  He encourages trial lawyers to reach out to one another after lost cases, to get back up again after losing, and to be willing to try hard cases.
